Came across this Bandwidth Meter on ZdNet. It shows that my speed is 1013 kbps. See this screenshot. I am currently on UT DSL from home. I will test it later from other connections.

my test showed me at 5440 kpbs. I’m on Time Warner premium RoadRunner.
i am from greece so i use greek speedtests such as http://www.speedtest.gr and speedtest.forthnet.gr i reccommend you to use speedtest which is located in your own country. otherwise there will be a loss
